Mount Barnaby is 3,900 metres of granite, and you'd like a pet rock. Set up your phone, go live and pat it. Friends join, then a village, then a very polite cult, while Barnaby wears down from a snowy peak to a 6 cm pebble on a velvet cushion. A cosy 16-bit idle game about patience.

About the game
A Rock of My Own
Mount Barnaby is 3,900 metres of granite. You'd like a pet rock. So you walk up the path, set your phone on a tripod, go live to nobody, and start patting.
It takes a while. Dave turns up. Then a few friends, a book club, a commune, pilgrims, a whole village, and the Order of the Smooth Stone in their granite-grey robes. Pat by pat, Barnaby wears down: a snow-capped peak, a green hill, a tor, a boulder, and at last a rock of your own on a velvet cushion.
- 01

- 03
Stroke it along the grain until the mountain purrs.
- 04
